The climate in Asturias is generally oceanic. This means that there is normally abundant rainfall throughout the year and mild temperatures in both summer and winter. However, due to our geography, marked by green mountains and the influence of the sea, there are countless microclimates.<\/p>\n

This Holiday Home is located in Cuadrove\u00f1a, 3 km from Arriondas (Hospital of East Asturias), 10 km from Cangas de On\u00eds and 17 km from the A-8 Cantabrian Highway. It is in the middle of a large meadow away from the road, but with easy access. Ideal to enjoy full nature and peace in the countryside while being close to everything giving example of compatibility and respect between the natural and the urban environment. <\/p>\n

On the way to the house we could see deer, wild boar, squirrels, owls, eagles, birds (including woodspeckers), badger and ferrets.<\/p>\n

The nearest neighbors are 70 m away, so we are “together but not mixed up” and close to a wide variety of sports, gastronomic, cultural activities and places to discover.<\/p>\n

Nearby there are very beautiful routes to do on foot or by bicycle without missing the car, such as the La Toya Recreational Area, a walk to the Palacio de Nevares Winery (both 1 km away), the watermill \u00abEl Molino La Teyera \u00bb in F\u00edos with an antiquity of 400 years. (2,5-3,5 km) and golf course in Hotel Palacio de Rubianes (5 km).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We are in a village that does not have public transport, so it is recommended that you come with your own vehicle to arrive and move comfortably around the area.<\/p>\n

On the property there is large free parking for all guests.<\/p>\n

However, if you like to walk, Arriondas can be reached in 20 minutes. There is a bus and train station as well as taxi service.<\/p>\n

You can also get around by car, bike or on foot. It is a side road that is not very busy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The International Descent of the Sella River (first Saturday in August after day 2 of the month).<\/p>\n

The International Ascent to the mountain Fito (second weekend in May). Spanish Rally Mountain Championship and FIA \u200b\u200bEuropean Hill Climb Championship.<\/p>\n

The Aquasella electronic music festival.<\/p>\n

And since 2019 the Riverland Festival (indie music – independent).<\/p>\n
